This first thing you want to do is to take a photo or video of the issue that you are facing. Sending this photo or video to us will help us make sure we understand the problem and bring the right tools and parts for your service.
Request a service through Whatsapp or at our dedicated service email.
Send your photo or video together with a short description, invoice number, address, name and mobile number to our Whatsapp or dedicated email.
Confirm service details, date and time slot.
We will then contact you to confirm the service details, date and time slot. If it is a warranty claim, and your issue is covered under warranty, there will not be any fee, for labor or parts. If the service request is not covered by warranty, and there maybe a service fee involved and we will inform you in advance before we proceed.
Perform service request.
We will attempt to fix the issue or perform the service on the appointed day. If things need to be brought back to the workshop or a return trip is necessary, our service department will make all the necessary arrangements with you.

Our main focus is on production. For this reason, we apologize in advance that we do not undertake repair, servicing or modification jobs for carpentry that are not built by JS Carpentry & Contracts.
